AccuQuote ("we", "our", "us") is a quoting application for UK trade professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Job data is currently stored locally on your device (browser localStorage / iPhone storage). When cloud sync is enabled, data is stored in encrypted form on EU-based servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region). We do not sell your data.

The iOS app uses the iPhone camera and LiDAR sensor exclusively to measure room dimensions. The web app uses your microphone exclusively to transcribe job descriptions. We do not record, store, or transmit raw audio or video at any point.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@accuquote.co.uk.

7. Data retention

We retain job and quote data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual jobs at any time within the app. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.

8. Children

AccuQuote is intended for professional tradespeople (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
